The fountain originally acted as another passege to Jolly Roger Bay. It would've been opened similiarly to how the water was drained within the basement. Once opened, the player would've been able to jump down the fountain, taking them to Jolly Roger Bay. It is unknown why this was removed or if anything was sealed below the fountain in the removal process.
